Overview
Vario Privacy is a smart Film technology. It can be installed on your existing glass to provide you with privacy on demand. It is as an aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly electronic blind (or privacy screen). You can control the state of the glass, whether it is clear or private. You can also hook it up to your smart home automation system. Vario Privacy is available for both commercial and residential use.
Principle
When the film is not powered, liquid crystal molecules contained within the film are randomly scattered. These crystal molecules refract incoming light in all directions, completely obscuring the view behind the film.
When the film is supplied with an electrical current, the liquid molecules align, and allow a high percentage of incident light to pass through unaffected , making the panel clear instantly.
